Dear Gleason,

This isn't a direct answer to your question but,

There's a great book that I got at the Oleson Lighting store on Ivar and Sunset
called
"WILL IT MAKE A GOOD THEATER?" or something to that effect. It's a workbook for
transforming  raw spaces into good usable theater spaces with things like how
many square inches does every seat need, what kind of power supply you can get
away with, laws and regulations and  that kind of stuff. I gave it to a friend
who was building a theater in San Diego and he found it very useful.

I'd like to know more about the space when it starts happening.
