casting call for PhilaRAT late night program

I think I need to post this to the national list as well.  The minimum
commitment is that my actors should be available on Wednesday night,
the 20th, and Friday night after 10 pm, the 22nd.  Availability prior
to the 20th would be great, but if you're coming from out of town I
could probably e-mail you your sides and ask you to arrive off-book on
that Wednesday.

Here's the notice as I've circulated it locally:

I have in hand four short plays to cast, for which I
wish to cast an ensemble of two men and three women. 
The age range is fairly flexible, and the only line
I'd like to draw at this point is that my actors be
able to play "older than 23."

As I said elsewhere, included in this ensemble I will
need one male and one female actor who can do all of
the following: 1) act with their clothes off, 2)
remove their clothes very quickly, and 3) handle
tongue twisters with reasonable grace and precision. 

These qualifications will serve the performance of a
piece that I expect will be very short and, in fact,
great fun.  I do not expect you to be sex objects up
there--well, no more than, say, a streaker--and I
don't really care what you look like vis-a-vis
hollywood standards for nude scenes.  I want you to be
a good actor, and I want you to do the aforementioned
3 things so well that audience members, once they've
caught their breaths, say to each other, "Wow ... they
were good!"

I will also ask my naked actors to act with clothes
on, in other plays.

My ideal: that ALL FIVE actors I cast will have said
they're willing to do the unclothed play.  I will give
priority to actors who say "yes," regardless of
whether or not they are in that play.

There should be two rehearsals, one to block and work
the plays, and one to run them.  We will have the
option, if y'all are interested, of presenting preview
performances on Thursday night at the Shubin.  The run
will happen on Friday night in the 5th floor theatre
at Theatre Double.

One other note: the non-nude male actor will need to
appear in only one play.  Everyone else will appear in
two or three plays.
