Difference being that our President believes the word exists prior to his 
usage of it.  Lord knows in our world of evolving lexicon, no word should 
ever function as its own ostensible definition.  And God forbid a RAT should 
fuck with language.

I agree it sounds a bit like "strategery", but I was taking the use in a far 
different context of e-mail (or should I say electronic mail) versus that of 
an alleged political figurehead.

Where do e-mails and political figureheads intersect?  ;)
