Yes, Chris I did...

they told me it hadn't ben in stock for six weeks. I asked for the name and
phone of their supplier (heniemann.) Called Heinemann- was told they were
no longer shipping the book. Having already been down this road with both
Borders and Amazon- I figured Tattered Cover, cool as the may be, had no
chance....
