RE: RAT ANTI-NATO-ART



Well they're all Quakers for one thing. They all have a shared belief
system. Some people can't agree and they should be allowed to disagree.
Thats why RAT and to a smaller degree L.A's BCT works because we can share
and debate without having to agree. I can disagree with Lee or Allison or
whoever  and learn something from the argument. I don't have to kill them.

Thats where the rule of law and the Bill of Rights comes in, or in cases of
international conflict: international law and the Universal Declaration of
Human Rights. 

The real question is how are we going to swing this discussion around to
include a debate about the relative merits of Neil Simon's plays.
