Brad,

As regards who provided Mitchell with his Annex credentials, Mr. SlyVain has
perhaps been away too long to remember how things work up here in the upper-left
corner:  You are an Annex company member if you think you are.  We are an open
company.  Of course the corresponding proviso is that generally vestment follows
investment, etc.
John's a good old boy, emphasis on Old when it comes to memory. He had a small
role to play, it's true, in the early days . . . tiny, really . . .
