But, you see, that's just not true. There are bazillions of people in
theatre who are doing it to satisfy their ego, mommy, self-loathing,
tendencies toward dictating, superiority/inferiority complex,
passive-aggressive behaviour, desires for fame and fortune and on and on
and on.  That's one of the things that's fabulous about the theatre. All
these fucking nuts! But somewhere along the line, somebody decided to
turn it into a politically correct, socially based, self-serving
profession. Rather than keep it an art form made up of miscreant fools
who instruct the society they're in by reflecting it perfectly.
