Honorable gentlewoman from Missouri, I'd like  to add an anmendent ,
retroactive to 1 Jan 1999,  abolishing the voting procedure entirely and
therefore obiviating this vote.

May we have a vote on the abolition of voting, before proceeding with the
vote to abolish democracy? All in Favor...
