RAT WHAT THE F**K IS DIVERSITY PANELISTS

As most of you already know, the Diversity Panel/Discussion
(Scheduled at the Shubin Theatre, 407 Bainbridge Street, 10:00-11:30
AM Friday 22 June), aims not to solve all the issues of diversity
in an hour and a half. Rather we want to begin to formulate
questions, questions that might, provocatively and in some cases
counter-intuitively begin to light the way toward a fuller
understanding of diversity in all of its guises.

In creating a panel, I wanted to make sure that many points of
view- many kinds of diversity- were represented. Therefore, in
addition to the wonderful Ratz who have been scurrying through my
brain for years now, I took it upon myself to invite some folks
who perhaps have not yet experienced the unique hospitality that is
RAT.

These Folk include:
Dennis Moritz-, Poet, Playwright in residence for Theatre Double
(Philadelphia/NYC)
Mimi Smith- Artistic Director for Amaryllis Theater (Philadelphia)
Terri Shockley- Director of Artistic Programming for Community
Education Center, (Philadelphia) former member of Urban Bush Women
(NYC)
4) Carla Morales- Freelance playwright, screenwriter, actress (Philadelphia)
5) Brad Rothbart- Dramaturg, director, member of Invisible Cities,
former member of The Living Theatre, Original RAT ( Philadelphia)
6) Lary Moten - Freelance Actor and Singer , member of Invisible
Cities (Philadelphia)
7) Mac Wellman- Obie-award winning playwright, has had a book of
plays published, and been anthologized in many others, produced all
over the United States, current head of the Brooklyn College M.F.A.
Playwrighting Program. (NYC)
8) Wally Zialicita, Tour Guide for Invisible Cities and our esteemed
moderator (Philadelphia)

  IN ADDITION:
We have the possibility of not one but two ( Count them, two)
Special additions to this group!!
Come one , come all to WHAT THE F**K IS DIVERSITY? Talk, meet,
kibbitz, listen and learn! Hope to see you there!
