RAT PhilaRatPhest schedule and description of activities

Hi all,

I put the start of a web page up listing schedule and description of 
PhilaRatPhest 2001.  More activity and desciptions to follow.  Facilitators 
and sponsors please send edits and further verbage ASAP.  Carolyn West will 
put together a hard copy newsletter type version of same to distribute 
locally.
