OK I am officially nauseated as the crummy little 2-3 bedroom houses on my 
street routinely sell for about $400,000 or more.  The duplex next door to me 
(a 1 and a 2 bedroom) went for $525,000.  The neighborhood is great but the 
houses are old and need work.  And that ain't cheap either.  I'm a 
fifth-generation Northern Californian, so I'm kinda committed to staying 
here.  I actually LIKE my family and CHOOSE to spend time with them.  So.  I 
guess I'm headed to Freelotto after this.
