OK I am officially nauseated as the crummy little 2-3 bedroom houses on my
street routinely sell for about $400,000 or more. The duplex next door to me
(a 1 and a 2 bedroom) went for $525,000. The neighborhood is great but the
houses are old and need work. And that ain't cheap either. I'm a
fifth-generation Northern Californian, so I'm kinda committed to staying
here. I actually LIKE my family and CHOOSE to spend time with them. So. I
guess I'm headed to Freelotto after this.
