Unless you ARE mounting "The Producers" with stars, I suggest keeping ticket 
prices WAY below a CD. When /if your show becomes a hit, THEN consider 
raising ticket prices.

Read Grotowski's "Towards a Poor Theatre."

Lower tickets to $10 or less. Forget the set, paying artists, etc.  
Playwrights want to have their stuff mounted, and many don't care about the 
small stipends.
