Subject: RAT Finding rights to Wellman's
"Dracula"
Hello all
I'm new to the list, so here's a little about
me:
I'm an undergrad at Harvard active in the student theater there.
It's all
student-run. I'm interested in trying to make it into
something more than
your run-of-the-mill student theater. I'm
applying to direct Mac
Wellman's "Dracula" next fall.
Which brings
me to the point of this e-mail. I'm having a really hard
time trying
to find the person who handles the rights for the show. The
copyright
page in the script is out of date and all the other resources I
can think
of don't know where I can find what I need. I've seen
Wellman
mentioned in the list archives several times, so I was hoping that
anyone
who might have done a Wellman play could help me out. Things
are getting
down to the wire and if I don't get the rights soon I won't be
allowed to
do the play. Could anyone help me out?
Thanks so
much,
Greg
Gagnon
