I just directed a production of 7 Blowjobs by Mr. Wellman for the Bug
Theatre in Denver, and I see here in "The Bad Infinity" collection that
for rights requests for Dracula the listed contact is : 
Helen Merrill, 435 West Twenty-third Street #1A, New York, NY 10011.

If this is a dead end, try contacting Buddy Thomas at International
Creative Management, 40 West Fifty-seventh Street, New York, NY 10019.
They held 7 BJ's rights, and were very good to work with.
