Cathy,
Probably a really good thing for you to do as part of this would be to
try to go beyond your circle of four and to take some sort of informal
survey -- within your group of theater folk and younger -- before they
leave for the year. Besides the career stuff, what direction do they
think theater should be taking. What issues and forms should it be
addressing? What would make theater really *sing* for them?
