I think that this would be a wonderful idea. I read so much today about how the younger generation is lazy. has no ambition, etc, etc...
and this is not at all...i mean, you'll always come across a few that are like that, but we shouldn't all be characterized like that. 
I would love to share our idea with you. Two of the other students are directors, one is a stage manager/designer, and the other is an actor (personally, i am a theatre admin. major with a concentration in marketing), so we cover almost all the bases. 
I would love to have a intergnerational roundtable or panel discussion about how we all see theatre and where it is going..
