These are just my thoughts..I haven't had a chance to talk to the other 4 yet...
one of the reasons that we are interested in going is that we are all going to graduate soon and we know that we are not going to "broadway" right away. in fact, most of us don't want to go to broadway at all....even at this point in our "careers" most of us are sick and tired of commercial, mainstream stuff. we thought it would be a good chance to get to meet people and see what you guys do. as i have said before, it is an amazing network that has been created and the morals and ethics really fit with what we believe. 
I'm not sure if this helps or not, but it might be a start to figure something out.
