RAT FW:Political Protest in San Francisco- Hail President Snippy!

I'm not big on Political Protest, but the guys behind Saint Stupid are good
and funny and worth supporting:  If you are interested, go to!

Lets help the heeling process with some funny soles in the street
on Saturday, 1/20/01, Noon,starting at the Embarcadero plaza.
What better way to show our support for the new leader than a
parade. Organize a caucus and demonstrate your obedience. Write
a poem and compete for the official inaugural poet post. Put
together a passion play about st.George and the dragon or st. Chad
and the evil witch. Imagine the possibilities. Let's get behind
president snippy!!!

The 'Get behind Georgie' parade will start at the Embarcadero plaza at noon
and parade up market on the sidewalk (keep your signage and floatage light
and mobile) to civic center to join the frothing masses. Bring
drums,horns,signs,heads on sticks and something 'nice' to hand out to the
shoppers and tourists. Dress like a republikan. Hail president Snippy!!!
