EVERY politician is a "liar" to some extent, as are most (if not all) artists
(it is exploration of the lie that encourages full realization of "the truth"
of any story)...in point of fact, I'd love to meet the person on this list
out there who thinks they have never told a lie. I'm a pretty honest and
forth right person (I call the insurance companies and say "I did it!"), but
I'll admit that I do actually lie with some regularity (i.e. when I don't
pick up the phone because caller i.d. tells me that it's someone I don't want
to talk to, that is a lie of avoidance; or when I tell someone "it will be
all right" when I have no damned idea if it will be or not, that is a lie of
faith). Casting stones from the playground like that one just brings us back
to the "nya, nya" mentality of "we get what we deserve." Personally, I try
to choose more politically sound decisions than "he's human" for voting or
not voting for any candidate. Personally I wish Clinton could have run
again. Now he's a GREAT liar (like most of the great presidents of U.S.
history).
