last day of June in 1982, I got on a bus in Buffalo and headed west for
Santa Fe with another actor to study with The National Theatre of GB. The
mushroom was swallowed on the bus near Pecos Texas. A beautiful bus ride
later, in the days of My Dinner With Andre,  we got off the bus to face it
all again, at the Greyhound station in Albuquerque. Queens boy out West for
the first time.
