RAT plans to make...
Hi Gaby,
I hope you and Nick had a good time, whatever you ended up doing.
I'm getting ready to take off for a couple days but why don't we think about
doing something during the week next week? Monday would not be good but any
other day would be. I've been thinking of some ideas:
ferry to Bainbridge Island (it's just a ferry ride but it's a great view of
the city- and actually maybe there's something fun to do on Bainbridge- I've
only taken the ferry round-trip just for fun and never really checked out
Bainbridge. It leaves from the downtown ferry terminal, 40 min each way.)
a movie matinee
Pioneer Square Underground Tour
other fun neighborhoods- Fremont (where Barbie works at a nice cafe), Int'l
District, University District. Hm, that could be fun if you haven't seen
much.
walk &/or picnic in the Arboritum
get away from the city for a short hike (I'm not sure what my time
constraints will be)
museums
Chateau Ste Michelle Winery tour & tasting
Um... I'll keep thinking. If you haven't seen much more besides what's
between Ed & Chris' place and Annex, it'd be fun to toodle around town.
We'll see.
What day is good for you?
Also, I would love for you to read THE SIZEMORE INTERVIEWS, the Glen Merzer
play. It would be fun to read it together- I like reading plays with another
person, just alternating each line. And I want to re-read the play a lot but
it's easy to always keep it on the back burner and never get to it so it
would be good for me to do that too. If you're not into reading that way
though, that's fine. (I'll have to see how my time is too.) If you are into
it, that could be another date, where you come to Annex and visit me and we
read.
Well I'll be back in a few days- see you soon. Have good shows!
Bruce
