RAT playing with politics - fire anyone?
Personally, I always thought Perot had appealed to extremist Republicans -
'it's my money and no one else gets any' regardless of how other people's
money has paid for most of the last 6 generations' schooling, hospitals,
etc...
if we have an extremist Republican and his Uber-Extreme Veep nominated, it
appears to me votes for Nader would be taking away from Gore, and
guaranteeing an extremely unpleasant Right wing tenure. Which might be very
hard to disloge in 4 years...
And if you look at the way the Electoral College is rigged, there is no way a
third party will ever be elected without a constitutional amendment. Ever.
(As it is, several states, WA included, will not be able to have open
primaries soon - what I find a violation of my basic voter rights... I should
be able to vote for anyone at anytime - not party line. My dusty 3 cents)
[BTW - does anyone else feel the Veep nominees are stronger than the Pres
nominees??
Maybe it's just me and my roommates - weird dystopia]
