Re: RAT Scabs and other wounds in need of healing

If Brandy works for your theatre, or if you know her personally, please let
her know just how deeply she is driving the knife into the heart of our union
for the sake of personal short term gain.

‘BAYWATCH' BRANDY CROSSES LINE

ONE of the luscious lifeguards on "Baywatch Hawaii" has a checkered past. Not
only was she a porn star, she was a scab. And crossing a picket line is
worse, according to her co-corkers, than crossing any moral line.

Brandy Ledford, the bathing beauty hired just last season, was recently
released from the show in favor of Hugh Hefner's girlfriend Brande Roderick -
and some say it might have to do with her past.

Ledford, aka Brandy Sanders, is well-known in the porn industry under her
nom-de-sleaze "Jisel." She not only posed for Penthouse, she also made a
Penthouse video and another, raunchier hardcore flick before she joined the
Hawaii-based show.

While some co-workers think it's a disgrace to have her on the
"family-oriented program," others laugh it off. "We're talking ‘Baywatch.'
Who doesn't have a porno history?" quipped one insider.

But what really has insiders fuming is the fact that Ledford and two of her
co-stars, Simmone MacKinnon and Stacy Kamano, worked on a non-union music
video while "Baywatch Hawaii" was on hiatus - violating Screen Actors Guild
rules.

The three appeared in "Baywatch Hawaii" music director Dave Keffer's latest
video for his single, "Hottie Boombalottie."

Crew members are grumbling even more because Mackinnon, who also
choreographed the sexy shoot, isn't even American.

"She is an Australian working courtesy of a work visa, taking away American
jobs, [while] SAG is already on strike against commercial producers," said
one snitch.

A "Baywatch" rep confirmed the video shoot, but claimed, "The three girls did
it as a favor for the music director. We don't know anything about it and
don't know what the SAG situation is."

Regarding Ledford and MacKinnon's position on the show, the rep said: "[The
show's producers] are going in a different direction. They're trying to make
‘Baywatch' have more storylines. Some characters were added. Some were
dropped. No final decision has been made on Simmone."

This isn't the first trouble to hit the show this year. In February, PAGE SIX
revealed that there was tension between executive producers Greg Bonann and
David Hasselhoff. The tensions escalated when Bonan killed off Hasselhoff's
character without letting the star in on the secret.

A SAG spokeswoman didn't return calls.
