We had an Anne Richards for governor once.  Well, not really.  Dixie Lee Ray was this excellent roly poly dyke, but she was a terrible governor. I don't mean that Anne Richards was an excellent roly poly dyke, I mean that Dixie Lee Ray was a shoot-from-the-hip maverick.  

I like the present governor, Gary Locke a lot.  But I hear about the reign of queen Anne from folks and sigh.
