RAT TCG and Ben Cameron

Nick --

TCG membership has, in my experience (15 years), always been open to
theatres with and without Equity contracts. The issue has been wages and
benefits.

For example, Metro Theatre Company, a St. Louis theatre for young people,
has never had an Equity contract, but has been a member, and a power, in
TCG for as long as I remember. They also pay better than the Equity
companies in town, other than the LORT company, and have a terrific
health insurance plan.

Ben Cameron may or may not be a god (I would say yes), but he didn't
change this rule.
