The biggest theater school in Australia is NIDA - the National Institue for 
Dramatic Arts - alums include N Kidman and Mel Gibsion. Several universites 
here (guess where I am currently am!) have good programs too. Melbourne does 
more theatre - Sydnet\y more movies, but there are nests of RATty artists if 
you know good spots to look.

Check in with a few of the playwriting groups - there are links on the net. 
They always know actors, and the like.

Today in Adelaide it is 80+ gegrees, and sunny, light breezes.  Expected to 
get up past 100 by Tuesday. Fringe starts in two weeks - over 300 artpieces - 
visual, theater, spectavle and dance. YAAAAAAYYY!!!

Beaches! Beer! bars open until late. the RATfestation begins...
