RAT Superbowl Stuff

Just wanted to add-

Like it or not, the Superbowl , the commercials, old TV shows,
all of that, has become ingrained as popular culture. While we
may or may not choose to participate in that popular culture, we
have to acknowledge that, as theatre artists, our audiences do.
If we, as artists, lose touch with the popular vocabulary our
audiences speak, we're less relevant than any bottom-of-the-barrel
TV show.
