Now we're talking! Tell me more about this aggressive marketing campaign
that forces people to sit in my uncomfortable theater....

RAT audience development in 4 easy steps.
1. Secure a permanent space.
2. Do good work on a regular basis.
3. Use large casts made up of many different people and tell them to tell
their friends.
4. Repeat steps 2 and 3 until you develop an audience or go out of business.
(Then continue step 2)
As good old Del Close used to say: "Large Cast + Small House = Instant Hit."
