nb:  one says "the" Big Mac"  
And well one should.  
"The" Big Mac has replaced "The" Gold  standard.  (cf: web sites of "The" 
Economist, and "The" Union Bank of Switzerland)
This is a subject of such world import and personal delight that I beg 
direction on how to keep the topic alive that I may return and dive in at 
will.
