Not a rat event, but you must go to Lafitte's Blacksmithe Shoppe. It's the oldest Bar in America and was the Lafitte brothers shoppe, which actually served as a front for their slave smuggling and pirate business. Full of character. No lights, just candles at night. My entire family saw a ghost there! Cool place!
