RAT Fuzz it, the Cheese!

I hope you don't think that when I said "I wanted to put an end to this
thread" that I meant the Seattle Cops/Protestors WTO thing. (I just meant
the weird snag that Bill and I got ourselves into.) Besides, it doesn't
matter if somebody says "stop the madness". Nobody rules this roost.
Except you. Well, and me, of course. And everybody else. So yak it up,
girl. What does "Fezz y queso" mean? I know it's something <and>
something else. But that's all I got. Clue me in, Mama.
