Hi,
  Phone rings. Agent. Major casting directors in town who saw me in a
play last year want me for a staged reading this weekend. A few
recognizable names in it.  No money. Do I want to do it?
  Now, let's see. Chance to give back to a local organization that
delights me in its major suport of new playwrights, a chance to play two
three seriously contrasting roles, a chance to work with a few major
names (gotta love that. Me being a celebrity whore and all), chance to do
a favor for two well known casting directors, chance to meet more people
in the industry, chance to...chance to...chance to....fuck yeah. Welcome
the opportunity. Now. Let's hope it doesn't get cancelled.
