Re: RAT Reading Series Press Release

Dear Brad,

I don't think you can imagine my disappointment, hurt, and anger.
You simply removed my play from the series,
but that act has a lot of ramifications in my life.
A round trip ticket from seattle to NY was purchased
and i made my stay for two weeks there to accomodate the reading.
Now i am stuck in my mother's house for 2 weeks.
People were invited to the reading in Philly
and i don't relish explaining this kind of amateurish
behavior.
as a professional i have never gotten
use to theatre's broken promises
and the way i get screwed over with no
regard to my feelings--
you could have callled me
for chrissakes instead of doing this
publicly on the list,
and then humiliating me further by forgetting
to post directly to me and soiling
the reputation of my play
on top of everything else.

Sorry does not cut it.

please post to the list the merits
of Scavengers

so all the people reading it on the list
don't pass on it

Karen
