Calling all Bay area RATs

Hi there! This is Monique with theater simple, Seattle WA.  Our company
is collaborating with Ghostlight Theater company on two shows that we
will be taking to the Adelaide Fringe Festival in Australia next
Feb-March. In order to help cover some of the obvious costs of said
journey, we need to earn some money.

Here's where I need some help:  We would like to put on a benefit
performance of our adaptation of The Master and Margarita (a wonderful
show that has earned us critical acclaim across the US, Canada, and
Australia alike).  We will be in the Bay area and or near by, in January
and would like to put the show up around the 22nd or 23rd.   Does anyone
have a theater space (preferably seating around 150-180 people) that you
would be willing to donate for our use for one of those evenings?  Or
does anyone know of any space that would accommodate us VERY cheaply?
