THE BINDLESTIFF FAMILY CIRKUS hosts
Tirza's Wine Bath
in the Coney Island Museum,1208 Surf Ave. (upstairs), Coney Island, USA.
Doors open at 9 pm and the show begins at 10 pm.
What Better cure for the summer heat than a night of Steaming Hot Burlesk.
Tirza's Wine Bath, the weekly burlesque revival at Coney Island, will be hosted
one night and one night only by the Bindlestiff Family Cirkus.
We invite all to Jubilate in a full evening of
magic, sideshow marvels, circus feats, music, prizes,
and just enough of the erotic and exotic.
RUN AWAY WITH THE CIRKUS
The Bindlestiff Family Cirkus and Autonomadic Bookmobile Roadshow is currently seeking an individual to be a part of their midwest and western USA Tour (September 3 to October 5). It will consist of seeing the great expanse of America, meeting people, lots of time in the van, an average of one show a day, sleeping on floors some nights, irregular sleeping and eating schedules, a relatively small income.... You will be expected to operate the Bookmobile at the shows and generally make yourself useful. The Bookmobile is a colleciton of independent press, radical, post-modern, alternative history, gender politics...literature and Cirkus memorabilia. If you are interested, contact us immediately.
The Cirkus is always seeking new acts, from circus skills to sideshow stunts to novelty acts. We do mostly adult oriented shows, so blue material is encouraged.
