RAT Post-conference, post-chili high

Though I physically felt like I'd been stomped on by an large biker gang, I
returned home to Arkansas from the LA conference on a definite mental high. I
just wanted to send out a note to all who were involved and participated and
express my appreciation. I am feeling completely re-energized. Ready to write.
Feeling like I have a place in the theatre, or, if not a place, at least a lot
of friends.

More than anything, the conference has made me even more curious about the
Ratty work happening across the country. Having seen a bunch of great left
coast work (and Peculiar Works' left/right coast work!), I now want to see
Annex stuff and Salvage Vanguard and Theatre Double and on and on.  

Anyway, thanks again to everybody. I'm ready for the next one. And this time,
I swear, I'll be there for the chili cookoff. So? Washington D.C.? Providence?
