It's a direct result of being a leaderless organization (or
non-organization). In organizations, this squabbling goes on behind the
scenes where one runs less risk of getting fired or punished. On the
rat-list there are no such risks, so it's all up front. It's also pretty
stupid, given exactly what you say: that we're all undernourished to begin
with. Or a Darwinian might say that we're fighting each other precisely
because we have limited resources. In either case, it isn't helpful and
it's profoundly anti-RAT as articulated by Erik's proposal for an Art Works
Hostel in which we support each other.
