June 28 -- Last week we heard about LA's huge stray dog population. Now comes 
this... LA has a booming rat population thanks to last year's El Nino rains. 
Because of all the water, vegetation is much thicker which provides more food 
and hiding places for these pesky vermin. And some of the most popular spots 
are the lush yards in Beverly Hills.
