Rats-

1) For a brief moment,considered backing out. I just can't. I'll walk if I 
have to. I will be there; witha six pack of fresh mountain air, and work to 
share.

2) I think the design thing would be great; count me in.

3) Matt; I think no (rat)discussion of marketing would be complete without a 
conversation relating to community involvment, both artistic and social. AS 
to the former,  I understand ( from what I saw when I was there) Meg 
Monaghan (H'lo Megan...), formerly of Frontera in Austin, helped put 
together some really groovy community development stuff. If she's coming, 
maybe she'd have some insights. AS to the latter, well...

4)Flying into LA...(this may sound silly), which airport would be a better 
bet ? I think I saw cheaper fares to Oakland...what do the natives think ? 
Would it be worthwhile ?

5) Werner; BTW- My Stepmomma' from 'aorkansaw'...and she makes fabulous 
chili...and she's also got a great cornbread Recipe...

MAtt, Lee, Mitch etc...thanks for all your hard work...this is gonna be a 
groovy gig...straight up..word, babeee.....
