can stop reading now.
For those in the other catagories:
	What is your assessment of the theatre situation in Austin?  How's
the market?  Is it actor glutted, writer gutted, director glutted? Or is
it open for expansion or on the way down?  Is it mostly cutting edge, more
traditional or a nice mixture?  Are there RATS there?
	Any info I can borrow from all y'all would be happily received, as
I'm looking at it as a possible NY, LA alternative.
