Hm.  Did I say that?  I think I questioned that actually.   I think war is 
required in some instances.  Wars have shaped who we are today.  My ancestors 
were warriors.  I am one as well (miliatary trained).  As noted in past, if

I do not believe that NATO made an arbitrary, uneducated decision to assist 
the Albanians.  I think they took a hell of a long time coming to a decision, 
but that's the problem with committee, isn't it?  I'm sure if it had just 
been up to one person we'd have been over there long before Serbian soil was 
afloat with blood.

Sit down with a table full of Rats and try to come up with a unified 
agreement.   Sit down with a few friends and try to come up with a where you 
want to go for drinks. Sit down with my family (Oh my GOD!) and try to come 
up with anything but oppositional debate.  I cannot do it any better than my 
government is doing it right now.
