RE: RAT ANTI-NATO-ART
I don't know. I wish I did. Six Moving Artists had a long debate about this
the other night (at a bar, naturally). Two of us felt that this was, in our
lifetimes, the equivalent of the Holocaust and we didn't want to feel that
nothing would be done. Two felt more how I think John feels -- pull out and
let them sort it out themselves (killing each other) because they all hate
each other. Two didn't know WHAT they wanted -- except for it to end. This
issue is very present on my mind.
That's why I've written the following poem:
Mr. Milosevitch
Don't be a bitch
Please don't kill them all.
I'm asking you pretty please
With sugar on top
Let's have the killing just stop.
Dear Mr. NATO
I don't know why you exist
Didn't the other side quit?
Put away your tanks
We'll all say thanks
And present you with flowers and gifts.
And then I sent this poem everywhere! I'm hoping that's the end of this
conflict.
