RE: RAT ANTI-NATO-ART
STATEMENT of OPINION
Anyone who believes that bombing a country because the leader of that
country is a "evil man" watches too much American Television and believes
too much of what they read.
Anyone who thinks that our actions in the Balkans are well thought out is
not really paying attention.
Anyone who thinks that bombing the Balkans is not similar to throwing a lit
firecracker into a gunpowder factory doesn't know enough history.
Anyone who thinks that people will respond with contrition when they are
being bombed should do a little "what if they bombed my street" thought
experiment
Anyone who thinks that Russia is a stable, disarmed, backward place that
longs for KFC franchises and will never get all nationalistic about NATO
bombing an ally just weeks after NATO promised never to do that is living in
a happy friendly fantasy
Anyone who thinks there is no way any of this could escalate to the point
where bombs are actually dropped on American soil should think
again....because it might....and if it doesn't...if it doesn't and you
support destruction of the infrastructure of another country in part BECAUSE
you're sure there will be no repercussions for you and yours than you are
not really thinking like a responsible citizen of the planet
Everyone who thinks this way has a lot of company so don't bother getting
defensive. It's just one man's view.
I do wonder why so many felt compelled to rain on Brad's peace march with a
ton of sardonic bricks. What set off the alarms?
