RAT The Sacred theme...
Missed your rap that night, I think that was when I was being arrested
& they were bussing us all around Seattle, trying to decide what to do
with us & then we were released god knows where (I was brand spankin'
new 2 Seattle @ the time...)
I think the prevalence of the Sacred theme has a lot to do with the
(dare I say it?) sacred mission of a lot of RATs to buck the
mainstream & conventional norms @ a time where the word "alternative"
has lost a lot of its bite..."alternative music" is now top 40, etc.
Plus there may be a little millenial fever thrown in there for good
measure...a sense of upheaval imminent, not just because the calendar
is changing, but because of the sheer NEED for such a
change/upheaval...chaos?
Best of luck in forming your own Sacred Chaos (I love that name!).
Will y'all be coming to DeathRat 2000 in LA this summer?
Yours also in protestation (for cultural reasons, "protestantism"
makes me chafe),
