Aileen,
I gotta tell ya that this is beautifully put. I would like to believe
in my heart of hearts that school (or anything for that matter) is what
you make it. But I think it takes an exceptional breed of human to make
it through the current educational system not only improved but intact.
But regardless of my humble opinions, your post was eloquent and
balanced.
