RAT Rights for a Play

Hi - one mfmy student groups wants to do a Play called TOE JAM - by
Elaine Jackson - The student says she got it from and anthology and it
has no info about rights, etc.

ANyone know where I can find this play and to whom we can inquire about
rights.
