that email I posted called more email was acctually a responce to robs
email to me and he asked me to post his responce for him ( confused yet)

i guess i asked "what did you have in mind" because i can't think o
fanything
avante garde that i've liked.  but, i can think of great plays (or
films)
which are fresh and original but not expressionistic or bizarre.

most avante garde performance art i've seen i have not only disliked,
i've,
well, i've hated.  and i saw a robert wilson piece in edinburgh which i
can't
speak or think of without getting passionately pissed.  ick. god, i
hated
that.

okay, so i guess i'm going to generalize and say i don't like avante
guard
stuff, but i haven't been exposed to much.  thank god.
