RAT FringeNYC & Here's American Living Room Festival

Hi,
Does anyone know the address or phone# of FringeNYC. I want to apply to
this summers festival. I've been to their website, but there is no new
info on it yet.Also, does anyone know if Here's American Living Room
Festival is by invitation or can one apply. I've left serval messages
and emails with here and have never heard back

Any help would be appriciated.
