RAT Seeking New York Actor

Looking for Tom Fagan Cleary --

He's an actor and very dear friend who now works and lives in NYC.  If anyone 
has seen or heard from him since this morning, please let us know.  Phone 
calls in were unsuccessful, and then we got the request to not call NYC to 
leave lines open for emergency crews.  The entire troupe is worried about him.
