Re: RAT Rats in Boston?

Well,
We've only had two meetings so far, so we are very
much at the beginning stages of creation.  We are
hoping to put on a show for the fall, and I am
actively trying to find us grants and theater space
for when we eventually agree on what play to do.

Right now the biggest difficulty I'm finding is
keeping on track, and working around peoples work
lives.  Also, there was a feeling in the beginning
from some of the people in this group that we needed a
spectacular opening, to "get our name out" which I
tried to shy away from.  It felt a little wierd
through, I felt like we don't necisarily need people
to know who we are right away, first we need to
produce good work.
Anyway, that's my two cents for the moment. . .
